how to run faster

Did you know that there is a way that can make you run faster? do you want to run faster than friends? well you want to remember these techniques :


1.look straight, firstly it is important when running to look straight ahead. Looking straight ahead is important so you focus on the finish line and run straight in your lane. It is important to stay focused on your own running because it lead you to success or winning.





2.cheek to cheek

cheek to cheek makes you run faster and what you need to do is when you are running you move your both hands to both cheeks,(bottom cheek and face cheek) and when move your hands side ways you will wobble and trip
3.light feet If you run with your toes it makes you feel your feet lighter and you can move your legs faster and it just makes you run much faster than use whole feet to run
4. stand tall. Standing tall make you easy to breath and if you band your back it will be hard to breath and as you breath gets harder you may just slow down and stop because you cannot breath
5.high knees. High knees make more distance with longer steps and if you use high knees, light feet, stand tall look straight cheek to cheek, than it will be perfect race.
